Our gift to you

Another employment law is introduced that favours employees. The minimum wage is increasing by almost 10%, staff are threatening strike action if their demands are not met, soon they will be able to request flexible working from day one of employment and you won’t be able to stop low paid/part-time employees from working for anyone else (including your competitor).

The burden of employing people can feel overwhelming sometimes, particularly if you are struggling to find the money to accommodate the new obligations and considering cutbacks, changes, or increasing prices to do so. It opens a whole new can of worms, ensuring that you can justify the impact of your business decisions on staff and the actions that you take.

We don’t want you to ruminate on what to do whilst you tuck into your dinner on Christmas Day and so between the 12th and 16th of December our employment lawyers are making themselves available for you to discuss any employment issue affecting your business and to create a plan for the new year. Calls are complimentary to all UK employers. Book your video or telephone call HERE
