URGENT: No in person ET Hearings from 23rd March 2020

The President of the Employment Tribunals in England and Wales and in Scotland has announced that Employment Tribunals hearings will be converted to case management hearings from next week. 

As a result of the global coronavirus pandemic, from Monday 23rd March 2020, Employment Tribunal hearings that are due to take place in person at a Tribunal Hearing Centre are to be converted to case management hearings that will take place over the phone or other electronic means. 

If there are cases which are listed for more than one day, all involved parties should presume that the remainder of the days the hearing has been listed for have been cancelled.

If there in an ongoing hearing that is scheduled to continue on Monday, the parties involved should also assume that the hearing has been converted to case management hearing that will take place via telephone or by other electronic means.
